AI Operations Strategist We are seeking an experienced AI Operations Strategist to define enterprise-wide strategies for AIOps, AI observability, AI FinOps, operational governance, and AI value realization. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in enterprise technology strategy, AI/ML operations, cloud economics, operational resilience, and cross-functional leadership. Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology strategy, IT operations transformation, AIOps, SRE, or cloud operations Enterprise AI strategy, operating models, and capability roadmaps AI/ML operations, MLOps, and model observability AI observability, telemetry, monitoring, and operational KPIs AI FinOps, cloud economics, cost optimization, and forecasting Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) ITSM/ITIL, SRE, SLA/SLO/XLA, and incident management Enterprise governance, risk management, and operational resilience Executive communication and stakeholder management Strategic planning, transformation roadmaps, and value realization Key Responsibilities Define enterprise AIOps strategy, operating models, and multi-year roadmaps Establish AI observability frameworks, standards, KPIs, and risk indicators Develop AI FinOps strategies for cost transparency, allocation, forecasting, and optimization Define governance frameworks and operational-readiness standards for AI solutions Establish metrics for AI reliability, adoption, ROI, and business value Align AI Office, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Finance, MLOps, and IT Operations teams Evaluate technology capabilities and recommend scalable enterprise solutions Present strategic recommendations, maturity assessments, and investment priorities to executive stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog, Arize AI, Azure AI, or Google Vertex AI Certifications in FinOps, ITIL 4, Cloud, AI/ML, SRE, or Enterprise Architecture Knowledge of Agentic AI, Responsible AI, and AI lifecycle governance Experience in large-scale enterprise AI transformation programs Utility or energy-sector experience This role is ideal for professionals who combine AI operations strategy, cloud cost governance, observability, and executive-level transformation leadership.
