Job Description
We are seeking an AI Engineering Lead for a 12-month contract position in Weston, Florida. This role offers the opportunity to lead AI/ML engineering initiatives, mentor early-career engineers, and deliver enterprise AI solutions. Responsibilities Lead the design and deployment of enterprise AI solutions on Azure AI Foundry or Azure OpenAI Service Architect and implement agentic AI patterns, including multi-agent orchestration, tool use, memory management, and planning Develop and optimize AI/ML solutions using Python and Microsoft Copilot Studio Integrate AI solutions with ERP and enterprise data systems via REST APIs and OData Design and build solutions using Power Platform tools, including Power Automate and Power Apps Mentor and develop early-career engineers, fostering technical growth and best practices Translate complex AI concepts and technical solutions for business stakeholders and executive audiences Qualifications Required 8+ years of software engineering experience 3+ years focused on AI/ML engineering or enterprise AI solution delivery Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) Demonstrated experience designing and deploying solutions on Azure AI Foundry or Azure OpenAI Service Strong understanding of agentic AI patterns — multi-agent orchestration, tool use, memory, and planning Demonstrated track record of mentoring and growing early-career engineers Proficiency in Python for AI/ML development and automation Strong communication skills — able to translate complex AI concepts to business stakeholders and executive audiences Preferred Experience integrating AI solutions with ERP or enterprise data systems via REST APIs and OData
