Job Description
TCS Cloud Unit is looking for an experienced AI Solution Architect to design and implement enterprise-grade AI solutions. This role requires expertise in leading AI platforms and hands-on experience in IT operations, combined with the ability to integrate AI-driven solutions for IT Operations (AIOps) using cutting-edge technologies such as LLMs, agentic frameworks, and industry-leading platforms like Anthropic, OpenAI, Bedrock, Gemini, and others. The AI Solution Architect - IT Operations is responsible for designing, architecting, and enabling AI-driven solutions across enterprise IT Operations, including Service Desk, Infrastructure, Applications, Network, End User Services, and Observability platforms. This role bridges business requirements, AI platforms, and IT operations execution, delivering scalable, platform-agnostic solutions leveraging both off-the-shelf AI platforms and custom-built architectures. This position also plays a key role in RFP solutioning, customer engagements, demos, and ecosystem collaboration, ensuring solutions are aligned with business value, operational efficiency, and future-ready AI adoption.
