Job Description

AI Technical Lead Introduction:

The AI Technical Lead will be a key member of our team, responsible for leading AI projects and developing cutting-edge solutions. This position does not involve people management but requires a strong focus on coding and technical expertise in AI.

Responsibilities:

Lead AI projects from conception to implementation, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery Develop AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems Stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies to drive innovation within the organization Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members Conduct code reviews and ensure coding best practices are followed Participate in the design and architecture of AI systems Troubleshoot and debug AI applications to ensure optimal performance Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

Required Skills:

Proven experience as an AI Technical Lead or similar role Strong proficiency in coding languages such as Python, Java, or C++ Hands-on experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

AI certifications such as Google Cloud AI or Microsoft Azure AI Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark Experience working in an agile development environment Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
