Junior and Senior AI Engineers Salary:
$80,000-$160,000 per year, plus benefits Yonder Electronics Ltd., a subsidiary of Shenzhen Y&D Electronics Information Co., is seeking Junior and Senior AI Engineers to join our team in New York City and Fairfax City, Virginia. Successful candidates will contribute to software system development, AI-assisted engineering, system integration, and the delivery of innovative technology solutions.Core Qualifications Candidates should:
Have strong proficiency in the AI programming full-stack toolchain , with hands-on experience using large language models (LLMs) throughout the software development lifecycle, including: o Requirements analysis and decomposition o Code generation and implementation o Debugging and error diagnosis o Performance optimization o Unit and integration testing o Technical documentation o Project reports and presentation materials Demonstrate an AI-first productivity mindset , with the ability to use prompt engineering and customized AI workflows to automate or significantly reduce repetitive tasks such as coding, system redesign, error checking, testing, and documentation. Candidates should be capable of leveraging AI tools to automate 80% or more of routine engineering work and independently deliver small- to medium-scale projects from requirements through implementation and deployment. Professional Specialization Candidates should have strong expertise in at least one of the following three areas: 1. AI-Enhanced Communications- Intelligent optimization algorithms for wireless communications
- AI-based spectrum sensing
- Dynamic networking
- Link prediction
- Interference detection and avoidance
- Applying AI techniques to optimize the performance of traditional communication algorithms 2. Robotics and Autonomous Systems
- Robot motion control
- Global and local path planning
- Obstacle detection and avoidance
- Multi-AGV fleet scheduling and coordination
- Task allocation and optimization
- Experience with the ROS 2 framework 3. Cybersecurity and Security Ontology
- Cybersecurity ontology modeling
- Concept and entity extraction
- Attribute definition
- Relationship modeling
- Constraint and rule design
- Reasoning and inference axiom design
- Industrial control system (ICS) cybersecurity
- Private communication network security
- Data encryption
- Network perimeter protection
- Network traffic analysis Education and Language Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong software development and problem-solving skills Compensation Annual salary: $80,000-$160,000 , depending on qualifications and experience.
