Our client, a leader in Smart Building Technology and Building Automation Systems, is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join their team. As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will be part of the Controls Software Engineering organization supporting Global Controls Engineering and Smart Buildings product teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical leadership capabilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range:

$74.07 - $100.00/hour What's the Job? Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions across cloud, edge, and on-premises environments. Build LLM-powered features such as operator copilots, intelligent alarm analysis, automated recommendations, and natural language interfaces. Integrate AI capabilities into smart building and building automation platforms. Establish AI engineering standards, governance, and best practices while mentoring development teams. Partner with software engineering and product teams to deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field. 7+ years of software engineering experience and 5+ years of hands-on machine learning experience. Experience developing and deploying Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions. Proficiency with Python and AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
