We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant to provide senior-level functional expertise supporting the Finance application portfolio, with a primary focus on Oracle E-Business Suite

Financials and Procurement . The ideal candidate will be stronger on the functional side than technical , with deep hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Financial modules, Procurement, business process analysis, configuration, production support, and solution delivery. The consultant will work closely with Finance and IT stakeholders to understand business requirements, recommend process improvements, configure Oracle EBS solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and support enhancements and production operations. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of Oracle EBS experience , preferably 12+ years Strong hands-on Oracle

Financials experience Strong functional expertise in: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets (FA) Cash Management (CM) Strong Oracle EBS Procurement / Purchasing experience Extensive experience with Oracle EBS configuration and setups Strong understanding of Finance and Procurement business processes Business requirements gathering and functional analysis Functional solution design and implementation Production support and issue resolution Experience with enhancements, testing, UAT, deployments, and releases Strong experience working directly with Finance business users and IT stakeholders Oracle

Note:

This position is more functional than technical . Candidates with deep Oracle EBS Finance/Procurement functional expertise and supporting technical knowledge are preferred over candidates who are primarily Oracle EBS developers. Key Responsibilities Configure and support Oracle EBS Financial modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management Support Oracle EBS Procurement/Purchasing processes and functionality Gather and analyse business requirements from Finance and business stakeholders Translate business requirements into functional solutions Lead functional design discussions and recommend appropriate solutions Perform Oracle EBS configurations, setups, testing, and troubleshooting Analyse and resolve complex production issues Support enhancements, releases, deployments, and UAT activities Work closely with technical teams on reports, interfaces, APIs, workflows, and RICEW components Support Oracle EBS integrations and data conversion activities Identify opportunities for process and system improvements Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, and support procedures Communicate project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and resolutions to stakeholders Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams Business Partnership & Communication Partner closely with Finance, Procurement, IT, and other business stakeholders Facilitate requirements and solution discussions Independently manage assigned priorities and deliverables Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Provide guidance and recommendations based on Oracle EBS best practices Preferred Qualifications Oracle
