1099 About the Role Join a high-impact digital transformation as an Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant supporting a major migration from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Fusion Cloud. Collaborate with industry leaders and cross-functional teams to drive the successful implementation, optimization, and stabilization of Oracle Fusion Financials modules. • Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, ensuring successful migration from Oracle EBS
• Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements for financial processes
• Optimize General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting modules to meet evolving business needs
• Partner with business users, project teams, and implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide expert functional guidance during design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring user adoption and system stabilization
• Act as a subject matter expert on Oracle Fusion Financials best practices, driving process improvements Required Skills and Experience
• Minimum 5 years of Oracle Financials experience
• At least 3 full Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation cycles
• Deep functional expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting
• Proven track record supporting Oracle Fusion Financials implementations from requirements gathering to go-live
• Hands-on experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Working knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
• Ability to articulate technical concepts and business processes Preferred Skills
• Experience with Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migrations
• Previous collaboration with KPMG or other major implementation partners
• Large enterprise ERP transformation background
• Post-go-live support and stabilization expertise
