About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Migration Analyst to lead a critical transition project involving the extraction and validation of complex enterprise data. You will leverage your expertise in SQL and database architecture to ensure data integrity as we move away from our legacy ERP system, playing a pivotal role in the successful modernization of our manufacturing information infrastructure. Responsibilities Execute the extraction of complex relational tables and historical master data from legacy backend database schemas. Develop and implement robust validation frameworks and reconciliation scripts to guarantee zero data loss during the migration process. Transform and map legacy datasets into staging environments, ensuring strict relational integrity and data consistency. Resolve data discrepancies, including orphaned records and formatting inconsistencies, to ensure a clean transition. Generate comprehensive audit reports that verify record counts and financial balances against legacy system benchmarks. Collaborate with stakeholders to document data mapping logic and ensure all migrated information meets operational requirements. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience managing large-scale data migrations and system decommissioning projects. Advanced proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL with the ability to reverse-engineer complex, undocumented database schemas. Strong background in data reconciliation, audit processes, and automated verification routines. Demonstrated ability to handle complex manufacturing or aviation-related ERP data structures. Preferred Skills Direct hands-on experience with Quantum Control ERP or similar aviation-specific manufacturing software. Expertise in managing inventory, serialization, and parts-logistics data architectures. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data quality and systemic integrity.
