DetailJob Summary:

• The Sales Support Analyst will be responsible for providing customer service, order entry, and ensuring timely communication with dealers and field representatives
• This role also includes order management, handling inbound phone calls, and generating reports to support sales operations

Job Duties:

• Enter and process sales orders in SAP system
• Handle inbound calls from PE dealers and field representatives
• Manage rebills, returns, transfers, and credit/debit adjustments
• Execute and process order maintenance requests as needed
• Provide accurate updates on programs, inventory availability, and order status
• Serve as a liaison between the transportation department and PE dealers
