Job Description

What You'll Do Reporting Governance & Documentation Maintain enterprise reporting documentation, including report inventories, data sources, metric definitions, business logic, calculations, and reporting dependencies Support consistent application of reporting standards, naming conventions, and development practices Maintain data dictionaries, reporting definitions, and other governance resources Identify inconsistent or outdated reporting definitions and work with appropriate partners to resolve or document differences Support processes for report review, publication, maintenance, and retirement Power BI Development & Reporting Support Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports for defined business needs and smaller reporting projects Perform routine report updates, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance Support testing and validation of new or modified enterprise reporting solutions Assist with identifying opportunities to consolidate, automate, or improve existing reporting Follow established Power BI development, documentation, testing, and deployment standards Data Quality, Security & Controls Validate reporting outputs, calculations, and data consistency across reporting solutions Assist with identifying and documenting data quality, reconciliation, or reporting issues Support role-based access, security, and privacy controls for enterprise reporting Maintain documentation of reporting access, ownership, and data sources Escalate significant data quality, security, or reporting concerns as appropriate Business & Project Support Work with business partners to gather and document requirements for assigned reporting and analysis requests Manage smaller reporting and analytics projects from requirements through implementation Prepare reports, summaries, and analysis to support business needs Support larger Business Intelligence initiatives through documentation, testing, data validation, and project coordination Coordinate with internal technology teams and third-party partners as needed to support reporting initiatives Reporting Enablement & Continuous Improvement Maintain reporting guides, procedures, and resources that support consistent use of enterprise reporting Support training and knowledge-sharing efforts that improve data literacy and responsible self-service reporting Assist users with understanding available reporting resources, definitions, and appropriate use of data Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, documentation, and user experience Collaborate effectively with colleagues, demonstrating initiative, reliability, and a positive attitude. Succeed Education & Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or business-related field. 2 years' progressive experience in accounting or a similar business-related role. Knowledge & Skills Required Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Familiarity with NCUA guidelines and banking regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; advanced skills preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
