Analyze sales data using SQL, Salesforce Cloud, and CRM systems to identify trends, forecast future performance, and recommend actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve reporting workflows through process improvement initiatives. Contribute to data interpretation efforts by translating complex datasets into clear visualizations and summaries for stakeholders. Aid in the development of sales forecasts and perform quantitative analysis to support sales management strategies. Assist in the integration of business analysis tools like Visio for process mapping and Salesforce for customer relationship management. Experience Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics, or related fields. Demonstrated proficiency with data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI. Strong understanding of Excel data analysis techniques including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and dashboard creation. Familiarity with SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation. Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems is highly desirable. Knowledge of business intelligence concepts, sales analytics & reporting tools, and project management principles. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly across teams. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decision making.
