This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, developers, testers, and integration partners to deliver reliable, scalable, and clean-core SAP solutions. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD functional designs, configurations, test scenarios, and implementation plans. Configure and support SAP SD processes, including: Order creation, changes, and cancellations Pricing and billing Delivery processing and returns Third-party order processing Intercompany sales Consignment processing Output determination Customer and material master data management Support

Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and integration with adjacent modules, including MM, FI/CO, EWM/LE, and Service Parts Planning solutions. Provide expertise in Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP) functionality. Prepare and review functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, APIs, and workflow requirements. Collaborate with

ABAP, SAP

BTP, CPI/API, EDI/IDoc, Fiori, and integration teams to design and validate end-to-end solutions. Participate in fit-to-standard workshops, process design discussions, impact assessments, and gap analyses for

implementations and enhancements. Support testing activities, including: Unit Testing System Integration Testing (SIT) Regression Testing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Defect management and test evidence documentation Provide production support by troubleshooting incidents, performing root-cause analysis, recommending solutions, and ensuring timely issue resolution. Create and maintain documentation, including: Business process documentation Configuration rationale Functional specifications Training materials Support guides Cutover documentation Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives using tools such as Jira.
