Our client is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable SAP ERP Analyst to join our team and contribute to the success of our business operations. The ideal candidate will have practical experience with SAP S4/HANA, including participation in at least one full-cycle implementation project. This role requires a solid understanding of multiple SAP functional modules and a proven ability to support business process improvements, particularly within retail environments. The candidate should be comfortable working cross-functionally, translating business needs into effective SAP solutions, and supporting ongoing system enhancements.

Responsibilities:

• Support the end-to-end implementation of SAP Public Cloud solutions, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SAP best practices.
• Configure and customize SAP modules to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration across functional areas.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization for SAP ERP systems, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
• Develop and deliver user training and documentation to ensure effective adoption of SAP solutions.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and coordinate with IT, business users, and external vendors as needed.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and business processes.
