•Consultant to provide post go-live application maintenance and support.

Key Requirements:

10+ years of Oracle application experience. Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation projects. Strong experience in Oracle Sales Cloud and Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM) support. Hands-on experience with OTBI custom reports and dashboards. Experience supporting integrations, data migration (FBDI/Data Loader), and system enhancements. Ability to analyze and resolve functional and production issues logged through ServiceNow. Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and SLA-driven support. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle Sales Cloud and ICM applications. Troubleshoot and resolve functional, configuration, and data-related issues. Support OTBI reporting, integrations, and data migration activities. Manage ServiceNow tickets, perform root cause analysis, and support business users. Coordinate testing and validation for system changes and quarterly Oracle updates.

Preferred:

Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Oracle Cloud certifications. Experience working in AMS/Application Support engagements. The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $55.48/hour - $86.68/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
