Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced

SAP S/4HANA

Central Finance (CFIN) - FICO Consultant with strong consulting and implementation experience to support complex finance transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP FI/CO, hands-on Central Finance implementation experience, and a proven ability to lead client-facing engagements. The role will be responsible for solution design, configuration, integration, replication monitoring, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute

SAP S/4HANA

Central Finance (CFIN) implementation projects.

• Perform FI design and configuration covering General Ledger (New GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Asset Accounting (AA).
• Perform CO design and configuration covering Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders (IO), and

COPA/COPC.

• Design and manage integration of FICO with MM, PP, PS, SD, and SRM.
• Monitor and resolve real-time replication errors within Central Finance.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and solution design documents.
• Develop and maintain system configuration guides.
• Leverage BRF+ (Business Rule Framework) for business rules where applicable.
• Engage with clients for requirements gathering, solution design, workshops, and presentations.
• Lead and mentor internal teams while ensuring delivery quality and adherence to project timelines.
• Support finance transformation initiatives through effective SAP Central Finance solution design and implementation.
• Apply SAP Process Modelling Suite tools such as Signavio, ARIS, and Visio as required for process modeling and documentation. Required Qualifications
• 9+ years of SAP consulting experience in Finance and Controlling (FI/CO).
• 2-3 years of SAP Central Finance (CFIN) experience.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on SAP Central Finance implementation experience.
• Strong working knowledge of

SAP S/4HANA

Central Finance architecture.

• Extensive experience in client-facing consulting roles.
• Proven experience leading technical or functional teams.
• Strong understanding of finance and controlling business processes.
• Strong experience with FI and CO configuration.
• Strong understanding of integration between FICO and MM, PP, PS, SD, and SRM.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong experience with SAP Process Modelling Suite, including Signavio, ARIS, or Visio. Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with real-time replication error handling and resolution.
• Exposure to BRF+ (Business Rule Framework).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
• Experience supporting complex finance transformation programs.
• Experience with client workshops, solution presentations, and functional leadership.
