Collections Consultant with strong expertise in

SAP S/4HANA BRIM/FICA

Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA), particularly in Collections Management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing and configuring SAP Collections functionality, including collection strategies, worklist automation, customer contact management, dispute case visibility, Promise-to-Pay (PTP) tracking, and Credit Management. This role requires a strong functional consultant who can lead end-to-end SAP implementation activities, engage with business stakeholders, conduct requirements-gathering workshops, design solutions, and deliver SAP best-practice configurations. Key Responsibilities 1.

Collections Configuration Configure and implement SAP Collections Management functionality within

SAP S/4HANA BRIM/FICA.

Design and configure collection strategies based on business requirements. Implement and optimize worklist automation. Configure customer contact management and maintain customer interaction documentation. Support collections processes and improve accounts receivable operations. 2. Dispute Management & Promise-to-Pay Implement dispute case visibility and integration with collections processes. Configure and support Promise-to-Pay (PTP) tracking. Improve visibility into customer disputes, outstanding balances, and payment commitments. Ensure effective tracking and follow-up of customer payment commitments. 3. Credit Management Configure and support SAP Credit Management functionality. Analyze credit exposure, customer credit information, and collection-related requirements. Support integration between credit management and accounts receivable processes. 4. Dunning & Correspondence Configure dunning procedures and statement generation. Set up customer correspondence and collection-related communications. Support automated customer notifications and collection workflows. 5. Implementation & Functional Consulting Lead end-to-end SAP implementation activities, including: Business requirement gathering. Functional solution design. SAP configuration. Functional and integration testing. Deployment and post-go-live support. Conduct business process workshops with stakeholders. Prepare functional specifications and configuration documentation. Analyze business requirements and recommend SAP best-practice solutions. Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
