Job Description Manage and maintain the ERP system to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Collaborate with departments to identify system requirements and implement solutions. Develop and execute system testing to verify functionality and accuracy. Provide end-user support and training to maximize system utilization. Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, implementing timely resolutions. Document processes, configurations, and system changes for reference and compliance. Assist in the integration of third-party applications with the ERP system. Work with external vendors to address technical needs and upgrades. The Successful Applicant A successful ERP Systems Analyst should have: Experience with ERP systems in a professional setting. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in documenting system processes and configurations. Excellent communication skills for user support and training.
