Manufacturing Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Fiori Lead Consultant to lead the strategy, design, development, and deployment of SAP Fiori applications as part of a large-scale

transformation program. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, Fiori Launchpad, and S/4HANA implementations. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver modern user experience (UX) solutions, conduct fit-to-standard workshops, and drive end-user adoption. Key Responsibilities Lead SAP Fiori strategy, architecture, design, and implementation for

transformation initiatives. Design, develop, configure, and deploy SAP Fiori applications based on business requirements. Conduct fit-to-standard workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process and UX improvement opportunities. Configure and manage SAP Fiori Launchpad, catalogs, groups, spaces, pages, and role-based access. Develop and enhance applications using SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS. Work with SAP OData services and backend integration to connect Fiori applications with

SAP S/4HANA.

Collaborate with SAP functional teams across modules to deliver integrated business solutions. Define UX standards, development guidelines, and best practices for Fiori application development. Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Support security role mapping, authorization coordination, and application access management. Manage deployment activities, defect resolution, and production support. Drive user adoption through usability improvements, demonstrations, training, and stakeholder engagement. Mentor development team members and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Required Qualifications 8+ years of overall SAP experience , with substantial hands-on experience in SAP Fiori and SAPUI5. Strong experience implementing SAP Fiori solutions in

environments. Proven experience leading SAP Fiori design, development, and deployment activities. Strong knowledge of SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration and administration. Hands-on experience with SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and responsive application design. Experience developing and consuming SAP OData services. Strong understanding of SAP Gateway, backend integration, and Fiori application architecture. Experience conducting fit-to-standard workshops and gathering business requirements. Ability to work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams. Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work onsite at the client's office in Elma, NY. Preferred Qualifications Experience with large-scale

SAP S/4HANA

transformation programs. SAP Fiori or SAPUI5 certification. Experience with SAP Business Application Studio, SAP Web IDE, or related development tools. Knowledge of SAP authorization concepts and Fiori security. Experience in manufacturing industry projects. Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery practices. Experience supporting application lifecycle management, testing, and production deployment.

Pay:

$60.00 - $80.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
