Role Overview We are seeking a senior Epicor ERP professional to serve as the enterprise owner of Epicor Kinetic (SaaS) across multiple manufacturing business units. This role combines deep Epicor technical expertise with strong manufacturing business process knowledge to drive ERP standardization, best-practice adoption, and successful ERP consolidation. The role requires hands-on technical capability in reporting, data access, and integrations in addition to functional leadership. Key Responsibilities Enterprise SME and functional owner for Epicor Kinetic (SaaS) Own Epicor standards, governance, and best-practice adoption across all Epicor-enabled business units Lead business process analysis and ERP-enabled process improvement initiatives Support and lead Epicor implementations, migrations, and post-go-live optimization Provide hands-on leadership for BAQs, dashboards, BPMs, workflows, and integrations Serve as primary liaison with Epicor, system integrators, and partners Deliver advanced troubleshooting, guidance, and user enablement Required Experience & Skills 7+ years hands-on Epicor ERP experience, including Epicor Kinetic (SaaS) Strong manufacturing domain expertise (production, inventory, costing, supply chain, finance) Advanced SQL skills; experience with Azure SQL and cloud-based data architectures Hands-on experience with Epicor BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, and reporting Experience supporting multi-site ERP environments and implementations Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Epicor certifications Experience integrating Epicor with MES, PLM, CRM, WMS, or BI platforms Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (aerospace, defense, medical) Power BI or data warehouse experience Project leadership or PMP experienc Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
