•Clerical, Job duties include but are not limited to: Processes labor, material, and equipment charges in SAP system. Ensures compliance of SAP work processes, procedures, and standards. Assists with contractor invoicing; including compiling invoice back-up documentation, cost allocation in SAP and invoice reconciliation. Performs various maintenance administrative functions as necessary. Communicates effectively and consistently with all levels of the organization and internal and external contractors. Assists customers in relation to SAP, cost and invoicing. Ensures SAP policies and procedures are followed. Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing Sets-up and coordinates meetings and conferences Daily TRACK inputs for company employees on site
Qualifications:
Strong administrative and organizational skills, experience in a petrochemical environment preferred SAP proficiency MS Office Suite proficiency TRACK experience preferred TWIC Card required
