As a Solution Analyst, you'll partner with business and IT teams to solve complex challenges, design scalable data solutions and improve data accessibility across the organization. Position Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand needs, investigate challenges and recommend scalable data solutions. Analyze data to identify root causes and resolve discrepancies, improving accuracy and consistency across systems. Design data models and warehouse solutions that improve how information is organized and accessed across Uline. Create and maintain documentation for data processes and models. Lead and support projects that improve data accessibility, reporting capabilities and business decision-making. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field. 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, solution analysis, data warehousing or similar. Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling and analytical concepts. Proficiency in SQL. Power BI and data integration knowledge a plus. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.
