8+ years of hands-on data engineering experience Job Descriptio n Provides technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environments, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems that need extensive knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation. Participates as needed in all phases of development with emphasis on the planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation phases. Typically requires specialization in particular software or business application utilized in an end user environment. Keeps abreast of technological developments and applications. Key Responsibilities Oracle DB Dev, Oracle PL/SQL, OEM, Linux, Jira, bitbucket, SQL Developer Participate in Agile/Scrum sprints, contributing to design, code reviews, testing, and documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues across on-premises and AWS environments. Desired qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. 8+ (Senior) years of experience in data engineering or database development. Experience with data migration projects and data quality validation. Proficient in Java or Python for data processing and automation. Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting. Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. An employee has to finish all of your paper work for health and dental in the first 30 days of your employment with us. We provide STD, LTD and one time salary equivalent of life insurance at NO cost to all full time employees. All full time employees or w-2 employees with no benefits will be eligible to participate in company's 401k program after 90 days of employment with a company match of 4%, immediate vesting. In addition, all w-2 employees are eligible to be part of company's profit sharing, no employee contributions required.
