Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer - Technical Architect to design, develop, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions for complex healthcare business processes. This role combines hands-on Salesforce engineering, solution architecture, enterprise integrations, platform security, and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce development, along with healthcare domain experience and the ability to guide development teams in delivering secure, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture:

Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, data models, system architectures, and Salesforce sharing models.

Hands-on Development:

Design and develop solutions using Apex classes, triggers, controllers, asynchronous Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.

Enterprise Integrations:

Build secure

REST/SOAP

APIs and middleware integrations connecting Salesforce with external platforms, electronic health record (EHR) systems, and internal applications.

Technical Leadership:

Guide developers, conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and mentor junior team members.

Performance and Security:

Optimize Salesforce governor-limit usage, support bulk data processing, troubleshoot performance issues, and maintain platform security.

Healthcare Compliance:

Ensure solutions align with applicable healthcare privacy and compliance requirements, including HIPAA.

Technical Documentation:

Maintain architecture diagrams, data dictionaries, integration specifications, and deployment runbooks.

Release Management:

Manage deployments using Salesforce DX and Git-based version control. Evaluate Salesforce platform releases and identify opportunities for enhancements and refactoring.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Partner with healthcare business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to clarify requirements, manage technical debt, and support successful delivery. Required Qualifications 7+ years of hands-on technical experience across the Salesforce ecosystem. Proven implementation experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce programmatic development. Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in the healthcare domain. Understanding of patient care workflows, healthcare data structures, and regulatory and privacy requirements. Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, complex data modeling, platform limitations, governor limits, and enterprise integration patterns. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing frameworks. Strong troubleshooting skills across complex code, asynchronous processing, and integration failures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to business stakeholders and leadership. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II.
