Job Description The ServiceNow AI Control Tower Architect will lead the planning, design, implementation, and support of ServiceNow AI Control Tower capabilities to enable enterprise AI governance, risk management, and operational oversight. This resource will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to establish governance frameworks, architect integrations with ServiceNow modules including CMDB, IRM/GRC, and SPM, and support the management and monitoring of AI-enabled solutions across the organization.
