Job Description
Required Experience 7+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience. 7+ years of hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Email Studio, and Audience Builder. 7+ years of development experience using AMPScript, SSJS, SQL, and HTML. 6+ years of experience with SFMC architecture and solution design. 6+ years of experience with APIs, integrations, and Marketing Cloud Connector capabilities. 4+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM or related Salesforce ecosystem platforms. Strong understanding of multi-cloud architecture and integrations. Experience designing scalable enterprise solutions while accounting for platform limitations, performance, maintainability, and future growth. Traditional full-stack development background, ideally with .NET or similar technologies. Experience assessing the impact of Salesforce changes across upstream and downstream systems and business processes. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification. Experience with Marketing Cloud Next. Experience with Data Cloud and broader Salesforce ecosystem integrations. Education Bachelor s degree or equivalent professional experience. Skills & Competencies Strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and development expertise. Excellent technical problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Strong understanding of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud best practices. Proven ability to design and implement new technical processes and frameworks. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborative team player who proactively provides technical guidance and support. Ability to critically evaluate information from multiple sources, resolve conflicting requirements, and identify underlying business needs.
