Job Overview:

The candidate will manage client interactions, coordinate offshore teams, and support enterprise data integration, reporting, and analytics solutions using the Microsoft SQL Server BI stack.

Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrate strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). Maintain proficiency in T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, views, and functions. Utilize SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) effectively. Apply knowledge of ETL/ELT methodologies and data integration best practices. Manage SQL Server Agent job scheduling and automation. Implement data warehousing concepts such as star schema and dimensional modeling. Work with Solution Architects to understand business requirements and implement solutions.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models. Exposure to enterprise reporting and BI environments. Knowledge of SAP. Knowledge of supply chain fundamentals and terminology.

Soft Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience. Ability to lead technical discussions and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Experience:

10+ years of experience in SQL Server BI technologies, data integration, and support, with prior client-facing leadership experience preferred. == ==
