Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic MS0365 / Oracle Forms and Reports Developer with US Citizen Ship to join our talented IT team . In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications using Oracle Forms and Reports, ensuring seamless integration with modern systems. Your expertise will drive the development of scalable, efficient solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients while leveraging cutting-edge technologies like cloud infrastructure, RESTful APIs, and microservices. Applicant must possess and demonstrate the evidence of the following required skills and knowledge listed below. A minimum of 5 years experience in Application Development using the following skills and technologies for the identified tasks: Oracle Application Development utilizing the Oracle Forms / Reports 12c Development Suite or newer, Oracle Database 19c or newer, and PL/SQL. Experience using TortoiseSVN for version and source control. Experience using Checkmarx static application security testing software. Understanding of Agile and DevOps practices Knowledge of, and previous experience with, the following technologies: Microsoft O365 Power Platform including ability to develop applications using Power Apps (canvas and model driven apps), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SQL, Azure, C#, ASP.Net and Web services. Oracle APEX technology stack including reports development and integration with Microsoft 365 products including but not limited to Word, Excel and PowerPoint. The following experience, is highly desirable: Experience in designing, developing, implementing and supporting enhancements and modifications to extramural agreements programs. Knowledge of and experience working within the parameters of Departmental Regulations relating to agreements management and the Agency's agreements policies and procedures and Federal Government's policies (including but not limited to

BABA, DATA

ACT, etc.). Experience in defining, generating and implementing data sets for Departmental and Mission Area Dashboards. Reports development experience using Oracle APEX Office Print (AOP) or similar reporting software, Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and JSON. $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
