A Tableau Dashboard Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, a popular data visualization tool. Their main goal is to help organizations make data-driven decisions by presenting complex data in a clear, visual format.

Pay range for this position is $40/hr

• Dashboard Development:

  Creating interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau that effectively communicate key metrics and findings

• Requirements Gathering:

  Working with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translating those requirements into actionable dashboard designs

• Data Integration:

  Connecting Tableau to different data sources (such as databases, spreadsheets, or cloud services) and ensuring data accuracy

• Performance Optimization:

  Ensuring dashboards are efficient, load quickly, and are user-friendly

• Training and Support:

  Providing guidance and training to end-users on how to use Tableau dashboards and interpret the data

• Documentation:

  Documenting dashboard designs, data sources, and processes for future reference and compliance
• Experience pulling data from call centers
