  • Research external best practices in analytics, dashboard design, forecasting, and governance to inform future-state solutions.
  • Support adoption of new processes through documentation, training, and change management activities. Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, operations excellence, or a related function.
  • Strong background in Salesforce reporting, administration support, and process optimization within complex business environments.
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Tableau, Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to create forecasting models tied to budgeting, planning processes, program schedules, and resource management.
  • Proven skill in working across cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to deliver training and support stakeholder alignment.
