We're looking for an early-career developer who enjoys writing code but also wants to understand why they're building it and how it impacts the business . This isn't a role where you'll spend your entire day maintaining one application. You'll work across ecommerce, ERP, APIs, integrations, automation, databases, and supplier systems. You'll gain exposure to the entire lifecycle of a transaction—from a customer placing an order online through NetSuite, our suppliers, fulfillment, invoicing, and reporting. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to grow. You'll work closely with our IT Director and Lead Solutions Architect, with the opportunity to develop from a hands-on developer into someone capable of designing and owning complex business technology solutions. What You'll Do You'll help develop, integrate, automate, and improve the systems that run our business.

Your work will include:

• Developing and enhancing our Magento ecommerce platform and internal applications.
• Building and maintaining integrations between Magento, NetSuite, suppliers, and other business systems.
• Working with REST APIs, web services, JSON/XML, SQL, databases, and integration platforms.
• Developing automation that eliminates manual processes and improves efficiency.
• Supporting integrations for products, inventory, pricing, orders, shipping, invoicing, and fulfillment.
• Troubleshooting complex application and data issues and developing long-term solutions.
• Assisting with NetSuite development, workflows, scripting, and integrations.
• Participating in application upgrades, testing, deployments, and code reviews.
• Working directly with business users to understand problems and develop practical technical solutions.
• Learning our business and progressively taking ownership of applications, integrations, and projects. Who We're Looking For We're less interested in someone who checks every technology box and more interested in someone with a strong technical foundation, curiosity, and the ability to learn . You may be a great fit if you:
• Have approximately 2-4 years of professional software development experience .
• Have a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Have experience with one or more modern programming or scripting languages.
• Understand databases, SQL, APIs, and web application development.
• Enjoy solving problems and figuring out how systems work together.
• Are interested in understanding business processes—not just writing code.
• Can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical people.
• Are comfortable learning technologies you haven't worked with before.
• Want increasing responsibility and ownership as your skills develop.

Experience with PHP, JavaScript, SQL, Magento/Adobe Commerce, NetSuite, Celigo, REST APIs, Git, or cloud technologies is a plus, but we don't expect you to already know everything we use.
