We are seeking an experienced and outstanding Senior Data Analytics Engineer Databricks & Power BI for one of our esteemed clients.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

Use Databricks and Power BI to develop analytics and dashboards that identify trends, track corrective actions, and communicate alarm performance.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Use Databricks to integrate, clean, transform, and analyze data from alarm systems, process historians, maintenance systems, and instrument databases. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for alarm performance, alarm floods, bad actors, instrument reliability, trends, and corrective-action tracking. Validate data quality and document data sources, assumptions, business rules, and analytical methods.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Proficiency in Databricks for data integration, transformation, querying, and analysis. Experience analyzing high-volume, time-series data from alarm systems, process historians, maintenance systems, and instrument databases. Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Python, etc. Ability to translate complex data into clear findings, practical recommendations, and prioritized corrective actions. Experience with extracting data from DCS, SCADA, and process historians. Top 3 skill sets/technologies required for qualification: 1): Data analysis with extraction of data from Databricks, Snowflakes, data historian or any other sources 2): Dashboard creation and modelling (Power BI) 3): SQL, Python coding
