As a Lead Programmer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low voltage systems (Control4), including but not limited to security systems, access control, CCTV, audiovisual equipment, and networking infrastructure. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their systems are installed correctly, functioning optimally, and meeting their requirements. Attention to detail, technical proficiency, and strong problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Programming/ Service Control4 Automation Systems Install, terminate, and test low voltage wiring and cables. Mount and configure security cameras, speakers, TVs, Audio Video Receivers, amplifiers, rack systems Program and troubleshoot security and networking systems. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide technical recommendations. Document installation and maintenance procedures accurately. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in low voltage system installation and maintenance. Familiarity with relevant tools and equipment, such as cable testers, crimping tools, and power drills. Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols. Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
