Working alongside top-tier engineers, you will perform on-machine troubleshooting, shape work-holding strategies, and ensure every monolithic part meets exact aerospace tolerances.

Simulation & Verification:

Utilize Vericut and

CATIA NC

simulation to perform full machine dynamic verification, eliminating collisions, gouges, and fixture interference prior to floor deployment.

Process Optimization:

Select cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and work-holding strategies to maximize material removal rates, tool life, and surface finish on thin-walled aluminum and titanium structures.

Shop Floor Support:

Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to support first-article setups, troubleshoot post-processor output, and fine-tune program offsets on active production runs.

Quality & Compliance:

Maintain robust manufacturing documentation, setup sheets, and tooling libraries in accordance with AS9100 and ITAR quality standards.
