Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and support software developers while remaining actively involved in hands-on application development. Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain scalable Java-based applications across front-end and back-end environments. Provide technical direction throughout the software development lifecycle, including architecture, code reviews, testing, deployment, and support. Work with cloud-based infrastructure, OpenStack environments, databases, APIs, integrations, and Linux-based systems. Collaborate with infrastructure, systems, database, security, and business teams to resolve complex software and performance issues. Help establish development standards, documentation, best practices, modernization plans, and project delivery priorities.

Compensation and Benefits Salary range:

$65,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Quarterly bonus opportunities. Lunch provided. Benefits package available. PTO and paid holidays. Growth and advancement opportunities.
