We need an experienced CNC Programer for heavy, high-precision manufacturing. You will create and verify programs for Fanuc, Siemens, and Okuma controls. You must have hands-on experience machining exotic materials and massive parts up to 50,000 lbs.

Key Responsibilities Program:

Create multi-axis mill, turn, and grind programs using Mastercam, Siemens NX, or Esprit 2000.

Verify:

Run all programs through Vericut before shop floor release.

Macros:

Write and troubleshoot Fanuc Macro B, Okuma, Siemens, and Renishaw probing macros.

Support:

Help operators daily, train staff on new setups, and support manufacturing engineers.

Document:

Write standard work instructions, quality forms, and manage tooling inventory levels.

Requirements Experience:

4+ years in manufacturing (or 2+ years with an Engineering Degree).

Skills:

Expert in heavy machining, exotic metals, and advanced macro programming.

Mindset:

Able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-precision environment. Bonus Points Mastery of Inventor, NX, or 3D modeling tools.
