SALARY RANGE
$17.00 to $24.00 per hour
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE
including 4 10-hour shifts and 5 8-hour shifts with flexible start times!

As the Plasma Table Programmer/Operator , your primary responsibility is to accurately program and operate the laser and plasma machines. Some of your daily responsibilities as the Plasma Table Programmer / Operator include: Create programs and CAD drawings for laser and plasma machines Program laser and plasma machines Operate and maintain laser and plasma machines Communicate accurate machining sequences with manufacturing personnel Ensure that quality control processes are followed during the various stages of machining Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints to ensure products are machined correctly Ability to understand and willingness to follow existing QC processes Maintain accurate equipment maintenance and repair logs Provide input into machining and QC process improvements What are we looking for in a great Plasma Table Programmer / Operator? High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) Certificate for a two-year technical program in machine tool Knowledge of CNC/NC programming and understanding of geometric tolerances Ability to lift 75 lbs Ability to stand for 8 hours plus per day Or any combination of education and experience that would provide the required skill and knowledge for successful performance Many tasks include their own work and /or the review of work of others in the department.
