We are seeking an IT professional with experience in software programming, integration, database management, help desk support, network maintenance and troubleshooting, and hardware installations and upgrades. This position will be responsible for creating and maintaining the company's software program.Key Responsibilities:
Software:
- Update and maintain all internally written software.
- Integrate separate internal applications into the Customer Relations framework.
Help Desk:
- Support all internal and external software applications.
- Support all installed hardware, including mice, keyboards, printers, scanners, and other related requests.
- Liaison with outside support team.
Database:
- Maintain internal databases (liner and covers).
- Ensure that data is being uploaded correctly to online customer lookup database.
Network:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot all network hardware and workstation connectivity.
Hardware:
- Install, upgrade, and maintain all system related hardware.
- Purchase and replace any failing or failed components.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science preferred
- One to two years of related experience
- Industry experience preferred, but not required
