Kalmer Solutions is looking for a Help Desk Technician to join our team in Jonesboro. As a managed IT services provider (MSP), we support businesses across a variety of industries, so every day brings something different. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, support end users, and work with experienced engineers to solve problems involving Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, servers, cybersecurity, and more. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, providing great customer service, and continuing to grow their technical skills. We're especially interested in candidates with previous IT support or MSP experience who can quickly become productive in a fast-paced environment. Starting salary is based on experience, certifications, and technical skill. Responsibilities Provide remote and occasional onsite support to business clients. Troubleshoot Windows PCs, Microsoft 365, printers, hardware, software, and basic networking issues. Document work thoroughly in our ticketing system. Prioritize multiple support requests while providing excellent customer service. Escalate issues when appropriate while maintaining ownership of the client experience. Continue developing technical knowledge through training and hands-on experience. Preferred Qualifications Previous IT support experience (MSP experience preferred) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, Windows, and basic networking concepts Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or other industry certifications are a plus Why Kalmer Solutions?
