Position Description:

We are currently looking for a highly computer literate individual to fill the role of Computer Testing Associate. This position requires computer skills sufficient enough to follow operating procedures to data wipe computers and other electronics. A basic familiarity with working in a warehouse setting is helpful.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of previously owned computers as well as a variety of other technology products through comprehensive testing and quality control processes.
• Data wipe computer systems using data sanitization software.
• Reset macOS and Windows systems to factory settings.
• Perform basic computer functional tests and identify pass/fail conditions.
• Use company database to record relevant data.
• Use Google Workspace (e.

g. Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs).

• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written to management and
• team members.
• Ability to meet physical demands - standing/walking, lifting up to 40 pounds, staring at computer screen for long periods.
