Full Job Description Position Overview:
META PC is seeking a skilled and experienced Repair Technician to join our service center team and support the growth of our repair operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in computer hardware repair, diagnostics, data recovery, upgrades, customer service, and ticketing systems (including automation workflows). This role requires proven ability to efficiently identify and resolve a wide range of technical issues while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnostic and Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and repair custom-built gaming PCs, desktops, and laptops. Perform hardware troubleshooting, component replacement, and cable management. Assemble and test high-performance gaming PCs to company quality standards. Identify and resolve software, BIOS, and driver-related issues
Technical Support:
Provide technical guidance and support to customers and fellow technicians, troubleshooting complex repair issues, and offering solutions to ensure timely resolution.
Quality Assurance:
Follow quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of repair quality and customer satisfaction. Communicate with customers regarding repair status, findings, and recommendations. Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Attention to
Detail:
Adhere to standard work instructions (SWIs) and company quality procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
Qualifications:
Proven experience in diagnosing and fixing hardware and software issues. Ability to diagnose complex hardware/software issues efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and customers, including customer escalations. Proficiency in computer hardware and software systems, including diagnostic tools, repair software, and help desk systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Experience in sales and communicate with customers. Must be punctual, reliable, and accountable for assigned repairs.

Does not replicate in any specific scenario, seems to be random. Where do you start on this issue?
