$30.00-$40.00 Hour DOE We're hiring an experienced IT Associate to provide onsite technical support for a fast-paced travel company. This role is ideal for someone with prior IT support experience in a Travel TMC or travel agency who enjoys solving technical issues and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, network, and VPN issues Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and user accounts Manage help desk tickets and escalate issues when needed Support employee onboarding/offboarding, workstation setup, and equipment deployment Maintain IT inventory and assist with system updates Deliver responsive, professional support to internal employees Qualifications 2-3 years of IT support experience within a travel agency or TMC required Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, VPN, Wi-Fi, and IT ticketing systems Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills Active Directory, remote support tools, and cybersecurity awareness are a plus Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to branch offices as needed Job 11432
