ReadyWork Inc. | Buellton, CA ReadyWork Inc. is seeking a Parts & Technical Support Specialist for an opportunity in Buellton, CA. This position is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and enjoys troubleshooting, identifying parts, and providing technical support.

Pay Rate:

$25-$30 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule:

Monday-Friday Essential Duties and Responsibilities Identify, locate, and organize parts for products and equipment. Assist customers and team members with technical questions and product troubleshooting. Provide basic mechanical support by identifying components and understanding their functions. Review parts lists, product manuals, diagrams, and technical documentation. Assist with inventory tracking, receiving shipments, and organizing stock. Process parts orders, returns, and replacement requests. Communicate technical information clearly and professionally. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborate with team members to resolve parts-related and technical issues. Qualifications Mechanically inclined with an interest in equipment, tools, or product repair. Strong troubleshooting, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify parts and learn product specifications. Comfortable using computers to research parts, track inventory, and document requests. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and customer service abilities. Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience in mechanical work, parts departments, automotive, equipment repair, warehouse operations, or technical customer support is a plus.
