About the Role We're looking for a tech-savvy, hands-on IT professional who is excited about using AI to make business operations more efficient. A major focus of this role will be building AI agents and automating repetitive work across our company. You'll help connect AI tools with systems like NetSuite, Microsoft Outlook, and Fireflies, allowing information to flow between applications and routine tasks to be handled automatically. You'll also manage our company websites, SEO, and everyday IT needs, including computers, networks, email, and basic cybersecurity. You don't need to be an expert in everything. We're looking for someone with a solid technical foundation, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn new tools and turn ideas into working solutions. What You'll Do AI & Business Automation Build and improve AI agents that automate repetitive business tasks. Connect AI agents with NetSuite, Outlook, Fireflies, and other business applications. Work with our team to identify opportunities to simplify and automate daily operations. Use AI development tools to build, test, and maintain automation solutions. Website Development & SEO Build, update, and maintain company websites, including WordPress. Develop new websites as business needs evolve. Improve website performance, security, and technical SEO. IT Support & Systems Manage Microsoft 365, Outlook, employee accounts, and access permissions. Set up and troubleshoot computers, office networks, Wi-Fi, and other equipment. Maintain basic cybersecurity, backups, and device security. Support company software and coordinate with outside IT specialists when needed. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in IT, business systems, software development, or a related field. Experience with business automation, scripting, system integrations, or similar technical projects. Familiarity with AI tools and an interest in building AI-powered solutions. Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, and basic networking. Some experience with website development or maintenance. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to learn independently. Comfortable handling both development projects and everyday IT tasks. Nice to Have Experience with Python, JavaScript, APIs, or SQL. Familiarity with Claude Code, Codex, n8n, or Power Automate. Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems. WordPress and SEO experience. Why Join Us? Pay:

$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
