Every other Friday off. Paid holidays. Full lunch hour. Assisted Health insurance and dental offered. Job Summary We are seeking a Technical Support specialist in the automotive electronics sector. Specifically 12 volt related parts and accessories to include but not limited to: Stereos Cameras car play integration video interface modules power connectivity Although experience in the Automotive electronics field is not a requirement, it is certainly a plus. Duties Respond promptly to user inquiries via phone systems, providing clear, effective solutions for technical issues Troubleshoot hardware problems related to devices Diagnose and resolve issues across GCH based operating systems Support tasks including situational management Manage customer support tickets efficiently using ticket management tools while maintaining detailed records of incidents and resolutions Perform equipment troubleshooting and hardware support to ensure optimal performance of GCH devices.
