Full Job Description Company Overview:

ID Tech is the Leader in Magnetic Stripe and Smart Card Technology located in Cypress, CA is looking to hire IT System Specialist to join our team.

Core Responsibilities1. Infrastructure & Networking

• Manage and optimize the office network architecture, including firewalls (e.g., Sonicwall, Cisco ASA), switches, and VPN configurations.
• Maintain and monitor server health, hardware assets, and overall IT infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime. 2. IT Operations & Compliance

ERP Maintenance:

Provide technical support for the TIPTOP (GP 5.1) ERP system and resolve day-to-day user issues.

Email & Security:

Manage email services (Outlook) and secure email gateways (Barracuda). Monitor and respond to cybersecurity incidents using CrowdStrike .

General IT Support:

Oversee general IT department affairs and ensure all operations comply with global corporate IT policies. 3. Web Development & System Optimization

System Modernization:

Plan and execute the migration of legacy ASP internal web applications to a modern framework to enhance security and performance.

Full-Cycle Development:

Responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of internal web applications.

QualificationsMandatory Requirements:

• ERP Maintenance

Technical Development:

Experienced in database management with SQL Server or Oracle .

• M365

Expertise:

Proven experience in managing and operating the Microsoft 365 (O365) ecosystem.

Language Skills:

Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English. Must be able to collaborate effectively with the APAC headquarters and handle US local operations.

Professionalism:

Strong sense of responsibility, collaborative spirit, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders across different organizational levels. Preferred Qualifications (Plus):

• Experience with TIPTOP (GP 5.1) ERP system implementation, customization, or maintenance.
• Prior experience managing Sonicwall or Cisco ASA firewalls.

Technical Development:

Proficient in C# / ASP.NET (Core / MVC)

Legacy Support:

Ability to read, understand, and troubleshoot legacy ASP source code for reconstruction and migration purposes.

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
