Job Description

LOCATION

Hayward, CA (Onsite) Job Duties and Responsibilities Provide technical support by phone, email, and in person. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues. Troubleshoot and diagnose remote users' connectivity issues involving VPN, email, and internet. Configure and deploy new computer systems, including user profile setup. Administer mobile devices and provide user training. Conduct new employee onboarding, including workstation setup and account access verification. Provide printer support, install and update printer drivers. Required Education and Experience Experience with software installation and workstation support. Knowledge of Windows 11, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. Good verbal and written communication skills. Experience with computer imaging and user profile setup. Ability to travel up to 5% as required.
