This is a great position for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping things clean, organized, maintained, and working properly. No two days will be exactly the same—you may be handling a building repair one day, helping with security equipment the next, and making sure our office and warehouse are clean and organized throughout the week. Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the office, warehouse, common areas, restrooms, and surrounding property Perform routine building maintenance and minor repairs Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, hardware, fixtures, doors, locks, and other facility-related items Assemble, install, move, or repair office furniture and equipment Assist with basic technical projects involving alarm, camera, access control, and other security equipment Test, organize, prepare, and maintain security equipment and supplies Assist technicians and other departments with special projects as needed Perform preventative maintenance and identify repairs before they become larger problems Maintain tools, equipment, storage areas, and maintenance supplies Help receive, move, organize, and store equipment and inventory Coordinate outside vendors or repair companies when necessary Handle miscellaneous building, office, and property projects Help maintain a safe, clean, organized, and professional work environment What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who is: Dependable, responsible, and trustworthy Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools Able to troubleshoot problems and find practical solutions Comfortable with basic technology and willing to learn security equipment Organized and able to work independently Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work Willing to jump in and help wherever needed Able to manage multiple projects and priorities Friendly and able to work well with employees, technicians, vendors, and management Able to perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, bending, climbing ladders, and working on their feet Experience Previous experience in building maintenance, facilities, handyman work, construction, electrical, low-voltage, security systems, or technical support is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. Pay:
