Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to support daily IT operations, manage company devices, and provide technical assistance to employees. This role combines hands-on IT support with Microsoft 365 administration, IT asset management, hardware procurement, and vendor coordination. Professional proficiency in both Japanese and English is required. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and onboarding/offboarding. Manage IT assets, device inventory, PC refreshes, and endpoint lifecycle activities. Coordinate hardware purchases, vendor communications, deliveries, warranties, and IT invoices. Maintain support tickets and ensure timely issue resolution. Assist with cybersecurity practices, security updates, and multi-factor authentication. Collaborate with local IT teams, external support providers, and Japan-based IT teams. Qualifications Approximately 3 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or endpoint administration. Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, IT asset tracking, and hardware procurement preferred. Associate degree in Computer Science or Network Systems Administration preferred, or relevant IT experience/certification. Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
