Job Description

Provide technical support and assistance related to computer systems, hardware, and software. Respond to customer queries to provide technical assistance to a wide variety of user scenarios in a timely manner. Work with computer hardware and peripherals, including AV equipment, printers, phones, and network hardware. This includes setup, troubleshooting and procurement. Ability to learn new software expeditiously. Some examples of software we use are Atlassian JIRA and Confluence, NetDocuments, Veeam, SentinelOne, KnowBe4, Comodo. We will provide training on all software. Ability to independently master and provide user training on common software such as Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat. Prioritize and schedule issues. Escalate issues as necessary. Apply diagnostic utilities and tools to aid in troubleshooting Incident resolution and ticket management.
